I've been sharing Christ via the internet through http://ThinkOnItBibleMinist... for several years offering free Bible devotions. I used to venture into Christian forums to talk about Jesus. But you're right about Google+ making it so easy to connect with others. I like the idea of engaging with another person rather than just posting and hoping someone reads it. Thanks for your post.

To some it is natural. I know a few folks that would only enter a relationship as a mentor if they were forced into it kicking and screaming :)

Good rant and something that we should all consider in life. I also am passionate about mentorship and therefore want to be a great one for those who I minister to, I think that is only natural.
